(1) The University shall have a separate fund of its own and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from the University Grants Commission,
(c) Funds received from the local level,
(d) The amount provided by a person or organization in the form of donation, donation, donation and financial assistance,
(e) Support and grant money received from persons or organizations associated with industry, trade and business,
(f) Amounts of assistance and loans received from international associations, organizations, foreign governments or agencies or financial institutions,
(g) Amount received from fee and any other source.
(2) According to clause (f) of sub-section (1), when the university receives any amount, it has to take the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) The funds of the University shall be deposited in a commercial bank designated by the Executive Council (4) The operation of funds and accounts of the University shall be as prescribed.
(5) All the expenses of the University shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1) as approved by the Assembly.
